Our prefabricated floor systems use the highest quality MSR 1650 and 2100 engineered wood products with matching depths that work together using fewer pieces and longer lengths. The results are longer spans, time saved during cutting and assembly, less waste and a lower overall cost since fewer products are needed. Floor system
The perforated floor system offers the ultimate in design flexibility! With longer clear spans, architects and engineers can now benefit from flexibility and freedom in building design. Its open design eliminates the need for cutting and drilling; plumbing, electrical and ventilation services are installed quickly, saving time and money.
Trusses also allow for the installation of sturdy decking that reduces vibrations.
The open perforated floor system is lightweight and therefore easy to handle and install.
In addition, its large nailing surface speeds up the installation of the floor covering. The top chord support detail allows the support beams to be hidden without the added cost of installing the joist supports.
Laminated veneer beam
Laminated veneer beams and lintels eliminate twisting, shrinking and cracking. Sized to match our joists and other members, it offers quick assembly and is precision cut in over 18 standard sizes. Because they have no camber and their strength is constant, LVL products do not have a top or bottom side, resulting in flatter, quieter floors and roofs. With better properties, the beams support heavier loads than comparable glued laminated timber or dimensioned timber products. These beams are manufactured in several widths and depths to match the joists.
